To get started, click the button below and complete your pet profile(s). You will be issued a digital ID card for your wallet that any landlord or property manager can scan to verify your pet's profile.
When you (animal owner) submit a reasonable accommodation request for housing, our Assistance Animal team contacts your health care provider to validate the document’s authenticity and we never inquire about the specific nature of a disability. Once we verify or authenticate your accommodation request, we transmit the verification to your landlord or property manager.
We don't charge any fees so why would you want a refund!?
A household pet profile and no pet/animal profile have an instantaneous turnaround time. The review time for assistance animal accommodation requests is 2-5 business days. If the review time takes longer, this likely means our team is waiting for validation from the third-party healthcare provider.
